BFI Performance Standards expect LA’s to adopt a clear counter-fraud policy endorsed by its elected Members.  This also enables the Council to set an operational framework for its counter-fraud activities.

R & B Solutions can develop comprehensive policies to support the Council’s determination to prevent, deter, detect and investigate fraud and, where appropriate, apply sanctions. In adopting such policies, LA’s will send a clear message confirming that benefit fraud will not be tolerated.
