To be at standard, BFI require LA’s to provide fraud awareness sessions at induction, and support this with annual refresher training, to employees who are involved in HB/CTB benefit administration, housing and council tax collection, external employees to whom such work is out sourced and any employees working for a Registered Social Landlord who are involved in the verification of HB/CTB claims.
