It is essential to ensure VF compliance however this must be balanced to ensure excessive interventions are not undertaken thereby reducing the burden on compliance staff and ultimately on benefit staff fighting to improve PI’s. To achieve this, R & B Solutions will analyse records to ensure a balanced approach.

- Do-Not Redirect, unoccupied dwelling & returned mail
