The use of such powers is a useful means of verifying information an a valuable tool in the fight against fraud.
To assist LA’s in taking advantage of and complying with Section 110A of the Social Security Administration Act 1992, R & B Solutions will:
- Develop standard documentation and certificates
- Analyse cases to ascertain compliance with the law, codes of practice and ensure that powers are used regularly, consistently and to their full potential.
- Ensure appointments are reviewed and registered with Programme Protection Division.
